Explore sustainable farming on a guided tour, harvest garden vegetables, and help prepare a hearty Greek meal using traditional methods.

Learn to milk sheep and craft fresh tyrozouli cheese, then roll dough for kaltsounia cheese pies. You’ll even taste the cheese in its maturation space. After your immersive experience, relax with a farm-to-table feast featuring wood-fired bread, appetizers, salad, gemista, lamb with roasted potatoes, and kaltsounia with honey and cinnamon—served with plenty of local wine and water. Ideal for foodies, culture lovers, and families, this experience offers a genuine taste of Crete’s soul.

  • Farm Tour – Start your experience with a guided tour of the farm, where you’ll learn about sustainable farming and the rural lifestyle.
  • Harvesting Vegetables for Gemista – Head to the garden to gather fresh vegetables for making gemista, a traditional Greek dish.
