8 - Hours: Book an amazing Christian shore excursion in Athens and Ancient Corinth, where you will trace the footsteps of Apostle Paul and explore the rich history of Christianity in Greece. Your journey starts with a pick-up from Piraeus port and a scenic drive through Athens, where you'll have a panoramic city tour of the modern city.
Your first stop is at the sacred rock of the Acropolis, where you will witness the marvels of ancient Greek architecture and learn about its religious significance. Afterward, you will visit the Ancient Agora, a bustling marketplace in ancient Athens, and the "Mars Hill," where Apostle Paul once walked, preached, and met his followers.
From there, you'll travel to Ancient Corinth, one of Apostle Paul's beloved cities, where you will visit the ancient market and the Bema of Apostle Paul. You'll also see the Kechries port, where Paul set sail to Ephesus. Throughout the tour, your expert guide will provide insightful commentary and answer any questions you may have.

- Pick up: The tour begins with a pick-up from Piraeus Port.
- Acropoli & Mars Hill: Your first stop will be the iconic Acropolis, a UNESCO World Heritage site that features the Parthenon, the Erechtheion, and other ancient structures that date back to the 5th century BC. You'll have the opportunity to walk around and learn about the history and significance of these structures from your knowledgeable tour guide. As you explore the Acropolis, you'll also see the famous Areopagus, also known as Mars Hill, which was where Apostle Paul gave his famous speech to the Athenians, recorded in the Bible's Acts of the Apostles.
- Ancient Agora in Athens: Next, you'll head to the Ancient Agora, a marketplace that was the center of political and social activity in ancient Athens. This is where the Apostle Paul preached to the Athenians and where he met his followers. You'll learn about the history and significance of this important site, which provides insight into the life and times of the early Christian church.
- Canal of Corinth: Along the way, you'll also stop at the Canal of Corinth, a man-made canal that separates the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland. The canal is an impressive engineering feat and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.
Ancient Corinth: After the Athens tour, you'll continue to Ancient Corinth, which was one of the beloved cities of Apostle Paul. Here, you'll visit the Ancient Market and the Bema of Apostle Paul. The Bema was a raised platform where Apostle Paul stood trial in front of the Roman Governor Gallio. - The entrance fee for Ancient Agora is 10 euros per person.
- The entrance fee for the Ancient Corinth is 10 euros per person.
Cancelation Policy
- In order to confirm any booking, 30% payment in advance is required, fully refundable in case of any written cancellation received 8 days prior the arrival date.
- For any cancellation OR change within 7 days prior the first day of arrival and/or non shows, full cancellation fees applies – the total cost of the program.
- A written notification of any cancellation or change is necessary to be sent to PRIVATE TOURS Greece.
