    • Briam - traditional Cretan “ladero” cooked with olive oil in the Minoan oven with a variety of vegetable
    • Hontros (finely chopped wheat cooked with fresh tomatoes, onions, olive oil and herbs)
    • Panspermia (a great mix of leguminous vegetables – protein seeds 
    • Green salad with pomegranate and nuts

    • You will prepare traditional recipes inspired by ancient Crete, including handmade bread pie and vegetable Briam, using fresh local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
    • Yes. No cooking experience is required. The class is interactive, guided, and designed for all skill levels — from beginners to cooking enthusiasts.
    • Yes. After cooking, you enjoy the meal together with local wine or beverages in a traditional setting as part of the full experience.
    • Yes. Please inform us in advance about allergies or dietary requirements so we can adjust the menu when possible.
    • In order to confirm any booking, 30% payment in advance is required, fully refundable 48 hours prior the arrival date.
