Our guide was Nico Athanasiadis - so helpful and personable. My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting the Peloponnese (Corinth, Nafplio,Epidaurus and Olympia) across the bridge to Thessaly. We climbed above vast olive groves to Delphi, then through a ski resort and on to the amazing rock formations and monasteries of Meteora.I had no idea how beautiful and mountainous Greece is. Don't miss out!

AMAZING 5 DAYS IN GREECE
We were a party of 5 adults on a 5 day private greek tour
We had Kostas (Gus) as our driver and guide and we had the best best time
We were picked up at cruise terminal and driven through the south of Greece - via the Corinth Canal - to arrive at Olympia
Our hotel in Olympia was amazing - on the top of a hill with beautiful pool and great breakfast (included) and dinner (own expense)
we then drove North to take the ferry to the Island of Zakanthos and stayed 2 nights
The hotel was in the centre of town and easy walk along the beautiful waterfront to a restaurant Gus recommended which was great and we ate there both nights.
The Cruise (included in price) around the island is one of the best trips we have ever taken
The scenery is breathtaking - amazing clear water - limestone cliffs - they stop for 3 swims and you could buy great bbq food on board - or take your own
We then travelled onto Delphi and had a great afternoon there and then travelled to Meteora (where the amazing monastaries in the sky are) and gus drove us all around to get great photos of the sun set reflecting on the mountains and monastaries

The next day we visited 2 monasteries and then drove back to Athens
All along the way we stopped plenty of times for photos, toilet breaks - coffee stops in wonderful little villages and lunch stops
We had the most amazing time and it was Gus and the wonderful itinerary that made this such a great tour
The value per person was exeptional and I cant recommend this trip more highly

My son and I went to 6 days private tour on Peloponnese area. Thanks to Dimitra and Eleni who organized our trip from A to Z with all the details, they answered all my questions, gave me recommendations to stay in Pylos since we wanted to add the time for swimming and relaxing in that area. Our driver was Nikos Sachinis and we could not have a better choice. Nikos is very kind , polite , respectful and considerate man. He has a great and easy personality with the awesome sense of humor. He is very professional and absolutely one of the best driver. It was so much pleasure to be with him, he understands our needs, he recommended the places where we can eat authentic Greek food and gave us so much information about the sightseeing that we did not even need a tour guides on the sites. He made out trip very memorable and enjoyable. Now we can't even imagine our trip without him. Nikos became our friend right away , we feel very save with him, he was always on time, never late and very reliable. Fabulous Tour!
We booked 2 day tours based on recommendations of a friend. We did the Plaka and Acropolis walking tour and the Day tour to Cape Sounio and Lake Vouliagmeni and both were amazing. We had Stephanie and enjoyed her personality, her wonderful knowledge and just overall willing to teach us about Green and Athenian culture. I would highly recommend any of their tours and will visit them again on my next trip!

This tour was great. My wife and I were all over Greece with a great driver and private guides. I recommend paying extra for the private guides as they were all very good. Our primary driver was Nick - ask for him you cannot do better.

We took a one-day tour to Delphi. The logistics worked out exactly as promised (comfortable vehicle, arrived exactly on time) and our guide was simply excellent. Very knowledgeable, full of great insights and stories along the journey and at the site. She really made the day special.

Our family traveled to the mainland as well as two of the Greek islands with Private tours Greece. Can’t say enough about our driver/guide George who for six of those days went above and beyond what was expected. Every drivers and local guides were on time and delivered very good service. We had one bad stay at one of the hotels and Dimitra took over and found us new accommodations. They answered all my questions during the planning stage very quickly and with professionalism. 10 Amazing Days (Private Customized Christian Tour)
We just returned from an 10 day customized Christian tour of Greece where we followed the footsteps of St. Paul. We had organized this tour for a group of young adults.
While in Greece, we visited Athens, Corinth, Delphi, Thessaloniki, Nea Fokea, Phillippi, Verea, Meteora. We also took a 3 day cruise and visited Mykonos, Kusadesi (Turkey), Patmos, Crete, and Santorini.
There are so many great things to say about Private Tours Greece, but I will try to keep it short:
1. Our Experience with Mrs. Dmitria (the Private Tours Greece representative who organized the trip for us):
We communicated back and forth for many months with Mrs. Dmitria to create this customized trip. Throughout all the communications, Mrs. Dmitria was very patient and flexible. She worked with us to make many changes to the itinerary until it was something that met our group's needs in terms of budget and covering the places we wanted to see. When we realized that we were not able to afford visiting the islands through a private tour, Mrs. Dmitria recommended a regular cruise for us, and she also booked us this cruise. Her recommendation for the cruise was excellent. In addition, the tour guides she booked for us were also great.
2. Our fantastic bus driver, Vassillis:
Vassillis is a pretty amazing person. Vassillis was not only our driver, but he was also the person who took very good care of us the entire time we were with him. His driving skills are great, as he was able to drive us safely for long hours and far distances, even when we got a little noisy on the bus. Vassillis also has the patience of Job (a skill I need to learn from Vassillis) not only for waiting for us, but also for putting up with our endless questions for him. When we asked him to take us to authentic Greek restaurants, he took us to restaurants where the staff treated us with great hospitality.
Perhaps the most striking part was when one of our youth was very ill on the bus, and he kept driving around to find a washroom for her (although we were already running late). When he could not find any place for her to use a washroom, he stopped at a "cafe" only for men (women are not allowed inside). Vassillis got off the bus, bought a coffee to convince the staff inside to let us use the washroom, and then he stayed inside the "cafe" until we were finished and the youth was feeling better.
I guess what impressed me the most about this company is that whether I was dealing with Dmitria or with Vassillis, it was very clear that these people REALLY cared about us, and about our young adults. They sincerely wanted us to enjoy every minute of the trip, and they consistently went over and above to help us enjoy everything.
Thank you very much Dmitria and Vassillis for everything! I think we all fell in love with Greece because of you!

Enjoyed our 13 days with Private Tours Greece
We toured Athens, Santorini, Mykonos and Crete with Private Tours Greece. Their guides on tours were absolutely great, lots of personality and very knowledgeable. The many transfers they arranged for us were perfect. They arranged airport and hotel pick ups, jet boats, tours and everything couldn’t have gone smoother. We had requested 4 or 5 star hotels and for the most part that is what we got. We weren’t crazy about the hotel in Athens, at best it was a 3 star. In Mykonos the grounds and pool area of our hotel were a 5 star, our room was not. Our hotels in Santorini and Crete were great, very convenient..
i would highly recommend them!! They are perfect option for people like us who don’t want to travel with a tour group on a tour bus. We like having the freedom: to explore but don’t want to deal with the details.
