7-Day Northern Greece Tour – Athens, Delphi, Meteora, Kastoria & Thessaloniki
I must say that my family and I were very pleased with the services provided by everyone at Private Tours Greece. Miss Fotini was amazing at arranging all the details of my family trip. She was quick to respond to all my emails and she also took the time to respond to all the questions that I had prior to the selection of my final private tour. We booked a 12 day trip which included: Athens, Ancient Corinth, Kalavrita, Epidaurus, Olympia, Delphi, Nafplion, Macedonia, Arachovia, Meteora, Vergina, Viera, Thessaloniki, and Santorini. I must say that we were also very pleased with our driver (our wonderful Mr. Giannis). He was above excellent!!. He was funny, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a great time with Mr. Giannis the entire time we were on the road with him (about 7 days). He was an excellent driver as well. We also met drivers: George and Spyros who were also very friendly and punctual. In addition, we were very thankful to the agency that we were given the option to hire tour guides at each site. Tour guides is a must if you want to learn as much as possible at each archeological site. Greece has a lot of history so it is totally worth it. We were also please with the selection of our hotels and the secure method of payment for our trip. I highly recommend this agency without any hesitation. They are reliable, punctual, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.
We also visited Santorini for 2 days and unfortunately our volcano tour in the island was cancelled the day before due to bad weather condition. I quickly called Miss Fotini from Santorini to let her know of our current situation. She immediately made arrangements for an alternative ground excursion in Satorini which was amazing as well. We were so thankful that she was able to make those arrangements for us at the last minute.
I hope to use Private Tours Greece services again hopefully in 2021 to go to Crete and Turkey. I would not hesitate at all in recommending their services to all my friends and of using their services again.

I highly recommend this tour and company. I contacted many tour agencies, and this one was so easy to work with as they spoke excellent english and responded immediately to all my questions and offered a very competitive price compared to other tours. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and worked out a custom tour for my party of 7. They provided a wonderful tour of central Greece. Meteora was breathtaking and unlike anything I've ever seen. Despite it's 4.5 hour drive from Athens, it was definitely worth it! Request Nikos for a driver as he made our trip so special and memorable. He was a lot of fun to talk to and was such a pleasure to spend almost three days with. He also was quite the unofficial tour guide by pointing out specific places we'd want to see or take pictures as well as giving us background and context for the sites we were seeing. We truly are so grateful to this tour company and Nikos for making our short trip to Greece magical.

I was with a group of friends who planned a combination of Delphi and Meteora through this company. Although I can't speak to the planning process, the actual tour was amazing! I've been on several tours throughout the years in different countries and our guide/driver Nikos was one of the most caring, passionate, funny, professional guides I have ever encountered. The van was top-notch and cleanand equipped with bottles of water. Nikos drove carefully and was on time always! He made sure our experience was amazing. I left after Meteora earlier than my group as I had to get back to the States. Our guide helped me to not only get to the train station on time but find the right car and even the right seat on the train. I have never had a guide go above and beyond like Nico did. I highly recommend this tour company.

Amazing Tour
Our family of four (kids ages 13 and 11) loved the Christian Tours in Athens & Ancient Corinth. Communication prior to our tour was wonderful. Our driver was very friendly and accommodating, doing his best to get us as close to the attractions as possible. Our tour guide was an endless wealth of information and truly a delight to spend the day with. She offered to take family photos for us every chance possible and gave us tips on how to spend the rest of our time in Athens. This tour was hands down the best we have ever taken on any of our travels. I have recommended the tour to anyone who asks about our travels to Greece.

The overall organization of the tour is acceptable. The buses were on time and reliable. The tour guide had been very knowledgeable with the history of all the ancient sites.
My fiance and I paid for the first class hotels and we stayed at hotel europa in olympia, hotel amalia in delphi and grand meteora hotel in meteora. These are the kind of hotels that you'd expect.
Breakfast and lunches are quite decent at each hotel. Because we stay at different hotel everyday, there is some variation in the spread.
Don't expect too much out of lunch, you'd be brought to one of the "tourist" restaurants in the area. The lunch expenses is not covered by the tour and prices can get a little higher than Athens. Key is to have a full breakfast and dinner while having a light lunch.
The views at each of the sites are spectacular and the bus rides are very scenic.
