Our 3 & 4-day Iconic cruise itinerary includes 2 shore excursions and our 7-day cruise itinerary includes 3 shore excursions. Removal or replacement of a shore excursion from the all-inclusive package is not allowed for any reason whatsoever. All shore excursions are performed by English speaking guides. With a minimum of 30 passengers we will provide guides fluent in French, German Spanish & Greek. For any other languages we will use reasonable endeavors to secure interpreters based on minimum participation and guide availability. If wanted, Additional shore excursions can be pre-purchased.

Infants from 3 months to 2 years of age (1,99 y.o.) sharing a cabin with 2 full paying adults pay only applicable port charges. Children cruise rate apply to children from the age of 2 to 11 (11,99 y.o.) sharing a cabin with 2 full paying adults. Adult cruise rate apply to children from the age of 12 and above.

All tickets shall be issued electronically (e-tickets) following the full settlement of payments towards the Company. The Company shall then send the e-tickets to the Agent, in order to enable the Agent to provide the e-tickets to the passengers/Customers All passengers/Customers are required to have and show their e-ticket during the embarkation process; otherwise they will not be permitted to board the vessel. It is the Agent’s responsibility to ensure that prior to or at the time of booking, the above embarkation process is made known to all passengers/Customers.

As soon as full payment has been received by the Company you can request copies of passenger tickets directly through the Company’s Accounts Receivable department.

The cruise is subject to the Carrier's Conditions of Carriage which form part of your contract. These are printed on passenger’s tickets. You may also obtain copies on request or download them from the internet by visiting http://www.celestyalcruises.com/en/conditions-of-carriage The Conditions of Carriage (CoC) document should be provided to your clients along with other travel documents 21 Days prior to their departure.

Cancelation Policy

  • Group Cancellation Policy
    Group cancellation policy may vary. If so, this will be communicated at the time of group confirmation and shall supersede the above.
  • Individual Bookings cancellation policy
    Cancellation of sold space for individual bookings will be subject to the following cancellation penalties (cancellation policy applies on the cruise fare only).
    For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the departure, there will be full refund.
    For cancellations made within 89 to 30 days, there will be loss of the deposit amount per person.
    For cancellation made within 29 days or less, no refund is provided except for port and service charges per person.

Payment Policy

  • A. Groups deposit / full payment:
    Reservations for any and all groups shall be finalized only upon receipt by the Company of the down payment of the agreed amount and according to the payment schedule included in the group confirmation form. Such payment should be made by wire transfer to the Company’s designated bank account. Unless otherwise mentioned in the group offer, full payment of all services should be settled latest thirty (30) days prior to the time of embarkation.
  • Free for Groups
    For every 20 full paying adults we will grant one escort free berth (20+1) on the cruise fare inclusive of shore excursions and drink package excluding applicable port and service charges. Maximum number of free escorts per group will be 4, irrespectively of group’s size. Tour escort free berths are assigned to lowest double cabin category booked by the said group. In calculating the free tickets, children (between two and 12 years of age) and infants (between three months and not more than two years of age) in a stateroom shall not be counted as paying passengers.
  • B. FIT Deposit and Final Payment Requirements
    For bookings made more than 60 days prior to departure, the deposit payment equals to USD$300 / EUR €250 per cabin. The deposit is required to be paid the latest 14 calendar days from the date of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.
    For booking made within 60-45 days prior to departure, the deposit payment equals to USD$300 / EUR €250 per cabin.
    The deposit is required to be paid the latest 7 calendar days from the date of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.
    For booking made within 14-0 days prior to departure, full and instant payment is required.
