Location
DAY 1: Athens - Mycenae - Epidaurus - Nafplio - Olympia:
- The tour starts with a pick-up from your hotel or Athens airport, and a drive along the scenic Attica coastline with a quick stop at the famous Canal of Corinth. You'll then proceed to the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, known for its incredible acoustics. Here you'll have a guided tour and learn about the history of the site. Next, you'll head to Nafplio, one of the most beautiful towns in Greece and the first capital city. Here you can visit the Palamidi castle, a fortress built during the Venetian occupation, or take a small boat to visit the 'Bourtzi' in the middle of the bay. After lunch, you'll visit the ancient town of Mycenae, where you can see the Lion Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, the Palace, and the tomb of Agamemnon. The day ends with a drive to Olympia, birthplace of the Olympic Games, where you will spend the night.
DAY 2: Ancient Olympia - Honey, Olive Oil and Wine Tasting - Delphi
- You'll start the day early in the morning with a visit to the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia, where the first Olympic Games ever took place in 776 B.C. You'll visit the temple of Zeus, the most celebrated sanctuary of ancient Greece, which housed one of the 7 wonders of the Ancient world, the gold and ivory statue of Zeus created by Phedias. You'll also visit the temple of Hera, the shrine of Pelops, the Council house where the athletes took the Olympic oath, the Treasury houses, the Gymnasium, the Palestra, and the Stadium. We will visit the flea market to taste delightful experience of free wine and olive oil tasting, savoring the distinct blends of olive oil and the iconic Greek olives. We will visit a local honey farm, where under the shade of the trees we will have a coffee / juice and enjoy hand-made local desserts all made with honey produced in this farm for generations. You'll then cross over the amazing bridge of Rio – Antirio, one of the biggest bridges in Europe, and have lunch in Naupactus, a beautiful seaside small town. After lunch, you'll depart for Delphi, where you will spend the night.
DAY 3: Delphi - Meteora - Sunset around the Rocks:
- The day starts with a visit to the archaeological site of Delphi. You'll visit the Ancient Oracle, the Stadium, the Ancient Theatre, which can host more than 5000 seated spectators, and the Museum of Delphi, where you can admire the 'Charioteer', one of the best bronze statues ever. Delphi is best known for the oracle at the sanctuary dedicated to Apollo during the classical period. Continuing, you'll depart to reach the village of Arachova, the most bustling winter destination in Greece, a mountainous village at 1000 meters altitude. After discovering the traditional character of the village, you'll depart from Arachova and drive through Central Greece to arrive in Kalambaka, a small traditional town that is built at the foot of the majestic grey rocks of God, at the shadow of the great Meteora Monasteries. You will enjoy the majestic sunset tour around the rocks. You'll spend the night in Meteora.
DAY 4: Meteora - Athens:
- In the morning, you will visit Meteora, where you can enjoy a unique and most impressive scenery of ageless monasteries, containing priceless historical and religious treasures, standing between Earth and Sky atop of huge rocks. You will visit the first great monastery of Varlaam, founded in the 16th century, and located on the top of a rock at 380m height. The second visit will be at the Monastery of St. Stephan, of the 15th century, also built on the top of another huge rock where you will admire a small treasure of Byzantine and Christian items at the museum located inside the monastery. Afterward, you will leave from Meteora to return to Athens with a short stop at Kamena Vourla at the seaside and Thermopiles, where you can admire the statue of Leonidas placed there as a memorial of the battle of the 300 Spartans against thousands of Persian soldiers of the Persian Empire. The tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel.

Cancelation Policy
- In order to confirm any booking, 30% payment in advance is required, fully refundable in case of any written cancellation received 20 days prior the arrival date.
- For any cancellation OR change between 19 days to 10 days prior the first day of arrival, cancellation fees equal to 50% of the total cost of program applies.
- For any cancellation OR change within 9 days prior the first day of arrival and/or non shows, full cancellation fees applies – the total cost of the program.
